Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, hardware shops, and construction companies within your assigned territory. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for hardware products and solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads through various methods (like cold calls), and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, closing deals, and handling customer concerns.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's hardware products, including their features, technical specifications, and benefits, to effectively demonstrate them.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor strategies within the hardware and construction sectors.

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting how the hardware meets their needs.

  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate hardware solutions to address their problems. Offer basic technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
