Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire our field sales team, developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet/exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports
Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competition
Conduct regular training and development for the sales team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
