Job Description:
HawksCode is hiring dynamic and motivated male Sales & Marketing Executives for our
IndiaMart B2B Sales & Marketing process. This role involves direct interaction with customers,
promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
● Field Job: This position involves fieldwork.
● Daily Tasks:
○ Make 40 unique calls per day using the database provided by IndiaMart ERP.
○ Conduct 4 meetings with customers daily, ensuring a minimum of 21 meetings
per week.
● Sales Target: Achieve at least 60% of the sales target.
Salary:
● Regular Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month (₹18,000 Fixed + ₹2,000 Expenses +
Incentives).
● Probation Period Salary (3 months): ₹22,000 CTC per month (₹15,000 Fixed + ₹2,000
Expenses + Incentives).
● Initial Training: 7 days of unpaid training.
Working Days:
● Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
Leave Policy:
● 1 paid leave per month (non-carry forward).
Qualifications:
● Minimum Graduate.
● Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local vernacular languages.
