Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a Senior Field Sales Executive to join our team in Johri Bazar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate must be experienced in field sales, own a personal bike, and have a valid driving license. This role requires someone who is target-oriented, responsible, and has a good understanding of the local market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers
  • Promote and sell company products/services to generate revenue
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Collect payments, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Share daily sales reports and updates with the team
  • Stay updated with competitor activities and market trends

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales
  • Must own a personal bike (mandatory)
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Johri Bazar and nearby locations is preferred
  • Should be self-motivated, punctual, and responsible
  • Only male candidates are eligible for this role
  • Preference will be given to senior/experienced candidates
