Job Description

We are hiring an E-commerce Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day backend operations, ensuring timely dispatch of all orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and handling operational reporting and accounting support. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel and have working knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched on time
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment
Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movement, and reconciliation
Maintain accurate inventory and order data in Excel
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Handle basic accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally
Track COD and prepaid payments, refunds, and settlements
Identify delays, shortages, or operational issues and resolve them quickly
Work closely with customer support to address order-related queries

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Working experience with Tally
Prior experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory
Understanding of order lifecycle, inventory control, and dispatch processes
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience with Shopify or marketplace operations
Knowledge of logistics partners and courier coordination
Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
