Job Description

Welcome to Snapivite, a leading agency with 14 years of expertise in E-invites, printed invites, wedding stationery, packaging, and gifting. We are looking for a skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team. This role involves working with our design and print teams to ensure all files are prepared accurately for production, maintaining our high standards in quality and creativity. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of print processing, die marking, and file preparation for various print techniques and laser cutting.

Key Responsibilities:

Print Process Knowledge:
Manage print processing tasks and understand the steps involved in producing quality print materials.
Prepare files for various printing techniques, including screen printing, offset printing, foiling, and laser cutting.
Die Marking for Packaging:
Use die marking skills to set up designs for packaging products like rigid boxes, paper bags, and stationery items.
Technical Expertise in Print Processing:
Apply knowledge of different print processing techniques to ensure files are optimized for screen printing, offset printing, and more.
Prepare print-ready files that meet the standards for our in-house and external printing requirements.
File Preparation for Laser Cutting:
Prepare and set up files for laser-cutting projects, ensuring precision in design and cut alignment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Complete understanding of print processing for quality production.
Knowledge of die marking for packaging products (rigid boxes, paper bags, etc.).
Expertise in print processing techniques such as screen printing, offset printing, and foiling.
Knowledge of offset printing and file preparation for laser cutting.
Proficiency in DTP software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
