Job Description

Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize results and achieve KPIs.

Optimization & Analytics:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and other data to optimize campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve the performance of campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to measure and report on performance.

Paid Media Strategy:

  • Manage end-to-end paid media strategy, including paid search, social media ads, display ads, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for growth in customer acquisition.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee and allocate marketing budgets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient spending and high ROI.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure the production of high-quality ads, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, content, product, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing efforts.

Market Research & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
