Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Industry: Women’s Clothing (D2C/Fashion Retail /Online)

Location: Bais Godam, Jaipur

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred (if applicable for brand representation)

Language: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints across various channels – phone, email, chat, and social media.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, returns, shipping, and policies.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Record and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Assist in building customer loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience in fashion/e-commerce customer support is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Zoho, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs is preferred.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Gmail, etc.).
Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused demeanor.
Willingness to work from the office in Bais Godam, Jaipur.
