Customer Success Associate

Reporting Structure: The Customer Success Associate will report to the Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team at KLobTech. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training and education on our products.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Provide training and education to customers on using our products
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience working in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
