Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Identify and source new customers for Home Loan & LAP products through field visits, references, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with builders, real estate agents, and property consultants to generate leads.
  • Convert bank branch walk-ins and inquiries into loan applications.
  1. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
  • Meet potential customers, understand their loan requirements, and explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding of customers by assisting in loan application and documentation process.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on loan status and ensure high service quality.
  1. Business Development & Targets
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Home Loan & LAP disbursements.
  • Cross-sell banking and insurance products wherever applicable.
  • Track market trends, competitor products, and pricing to stay competitive.
  1. Documentation & Compliance
  • Collect and verify KYC, financial statements, property documents, and other required papers.
  • Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for file processing and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory norms.
  1. Portfolio Management
  • Maintain healthy customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure timely disbursement and post-disbursement services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle queries, complaints, or escalations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Home Loan & LAP product features, policies, and processes.
  • Sales-oriented with negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, credit appraisal, and property evaluation.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream, preferably Finance / Management).
  • 0.6–3 years of experience in retail loan sales (Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage products).
