- Candidate must have 8 - 10 years relevant experience and marketing acumen in the domain of Construction Chemicals Industry. - Candidate must have exposure and working background, either with Companies manufacturing Construction Chemicals, OR, with Companies producing chemicals for the Construction Industry. - Strong exposure in undertaking direct B to B marketing of raw material products, not through Dealers Key Responsibilities : - Expand the business of Construction Chemicals to attain a pan-India leadership position - Capitalize on growth opportunities through current and new product streams in construction chemicals & water proofing - Achieve revenue generation & profitability targets by raising market share over the specified time horizon . Team Management & reporting to VP of the department.
