Will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and effectively managing a sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities. - Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
