Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets through the channel network and ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular field visits, partner meetings, and product presentations across Pan India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance, resolve escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, documentation, and partner support.
  • Submit Daily Status Reports (DSR) and sales MIS to the Reporting Manager.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the field.
  • Able to generate leads and also work on that leads towards conversion.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong sales acumen and channel management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Pan India — mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and MIS preparation
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently in the field

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Field Sales, or B2B Sales
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply

Must have

  • Bike
  • MS Excel skills
  • Lead Generation skills
