Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up passengers at designated locations and transport them to their destinations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with passengers at all times.
  • Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
  • Keep accurate records of daily trips, fares, and mileage.
  • Assist passengers with luggage or other items as needed.
  • Handle payment transactions and provide receipts.
  • Address any passenger concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and kept in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a cab driver or similar role.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and fares.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods while driving.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., luggage or equipment).
  • Must have good vision and hearing to navigate traffic safely.
