Key Responsibilities:

Pick up passengers at designated locations and transport them to their destinations.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with passengers at all times.
Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
Keep accurate records of daily trips, fares, and mileage.
Assist passengers with luggage or other items as needed.
Handle payment transactions and provide receipts.
Address any passenger concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the appropriate authorities.
Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and kept in good working condition.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a cab driver or similar role.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Basic math skills for handling payments and fares.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods while driving.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., luggage or equipment).
Must have good vision and hearing to navigate traffic safely.
