Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies. Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions. Represent UsetoPay at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the fintech or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
