Job Overview

We are seeking a flexible and hands-on Business Development Manager who can drive sales, develop business opportunities, and train and manage the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution—someone who can close deals personally, improve processes, and mentor the team to perform better.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (residential interiors, modular kitchens, turnkey projects, etc.)
  • Build partnerships with brokers, builders, channel partners, and vendors
  • Develop strategies to increase quality leads and conversions
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity in Jaipur

Sales Management

  • Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Convert high-potential leads into confirmed projects
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement
  • Improve sales follow-up systems and client experience

Sales Team Training & Management

  • Train the sales team on:
  • Lead handling and qualification
  • Client communication and presentation skills
  • Closing techniques and objection handling
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Help create sales scripts, pitch decks, and SOPs
  • Motivate the team to improve consistency and professionalism

Process & Growth

  • Improve internal coordination between design, execution, and sales teams
  • Suggest systems to make the company more efficient and scalable
  • Provide insights and ideas to help strengthen the brand and business overall
