Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Business Development Associates (BDAs) who can drive growth across both B2B and B2C segments. This role is target-driven, and compensation will be directly linked to your performance against defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development across both B2B (institutions/partners) and B2C (individual students/learners).
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Pitch PACEX programs and services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups and support.
  • Record all sales activities, pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B & B2C preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Graduate degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
  • Please note: This is a target-based role. Salary and incentives will be directly impacted by achievement of targets.
