Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Business Development Associates (BDAs) who can drive growth across both B2B and B2C segments. This role is target-driven, and compensation will be directly linked to your performance against defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development across both B2B (institutions/partners) and B2C (individual students/learners).
Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Pitch PACEX programs and services effectively to prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups and support.
Record all sales activities, pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B & B2C preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Graduate degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
Please note: This is a target-based role. Salary and incentives will be directly impacted by achievement of targets.
