We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding & Support Executive who will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring their first successful order on our platform. The role also involves providing continuous support, resolving issues, and helping merchants grow their business.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of online platforms / digital payments / e-commerce, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboard new merchants on the platform
Explain onboarding steps, documentation, and platform features
Assist merchants in completing setup and activation
Guide merchants to place and complete their first successful order
Provide ongoing support for order processing, payments, and basic technical issues
Resolve merchant queries via call, WhatsApp, or email
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain onboarding and support records
Ensure high merchant satisfaction and retention
