Lead Generation: -
Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers including students, writers, and other relevant audiences
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate contact with inbound users via calls and emails to establish a connection.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are well
-informed about Desklib's offerings and know how to utilize them effectively.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in dealing with international clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
Note: Immediate Joiner Required, Day Shift and flexible to work after office hours according to company’s requirement.
