Job Description

We are looking for a Results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and outreach. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving growth for our IT & Digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email Marketing, Cold Outreach, and Bidding Platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Develop tailored proposals and digital solutions as per client requirements (Web Development, Software, Digital Marketing, UIUX Designing).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise & international clients.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company’s business growth.

Candidate Profile (Required Skills & Expertise):

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales in IT Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Outreach tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to convert cold leads into profitable deals.
  • Familiar with SaaS, IT services, and digital marketing domains.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
