Job Description

  • Generate new international B2B leads through online platforms, databases, email, and other sources.
  • Identify and research potential customers in international markets.
  • Contact prospective clients through Email, Calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and product information.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
  • Coordinate with CRM, production, and other teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Prepare regular sales and lead-generation reports.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Ability to work with international customers and different time zones.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
