Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging your existing industry contacts Schedule and conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products and services Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a high win rate Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in a sales role Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field Benefits: Individual HRMS PF/ESIC Benefit Handsome Salary Weekly & Monthly Incentive Petrol Allowance Mobile Allowance Health Insurance
