Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating qualified leads through digital marketing platforms, specifically Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and LinkedIn. The candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn (organic + paid campaigns).
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns to meet lead generation targets.
  • Identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Create engaging ad copies and coordinate for creatives (images/videos).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lower CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM with generated leads and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversions.
  • Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates on Meta and LinkedIn platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of landing pages and lead funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Basic graphic/content understanding.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets.
