Salary: ₹12,000/month + Incentives (5% Flat on Sales After ₹60K Goal)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
EasyShiksha is a leading EdTech platform providing online courses, internships, and career guidance. We are looking for passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team and drive revenue by converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage with students and professionals interested in courses & internships.
Explain course details, fees, and benefits to potential candidates.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in the CRM.
Achieve the monthly sales goal of ₹60,000 to unlock incentives.
Provide excellent support and guide students in choosing the right course.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or EdTech is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and convert potential leads.
Basic computer skills & knowledge of CRM tools.
Incentive Structure:
Flat 5% incentive on total sales after reaching the ₹60,000 monthly sales goal.
Once the target is met, the incentive applies to the full payment collected.
Example:
● If sales reach ₹70,000, the incentive is ₹3,500 (5% of ₹70,000).
● If sales reach ₹4,00,000, the incentive is ₹20,000 (5% of ₹4,00,000).
Higher sales = Higher earnings! There is no upper limit on incentives, so the more you sell, the more you earn!
