Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coordinator who can handle branch Operations of trailer fleets/ Forwarding and CHA. In this role, he / she will be responsible for overseeing operations, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies for the operations of branch that align with company goals.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to ensure high performance.

· Reporting to the Management on Day-to-day basis.

· Manage budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

· Analyze performance data to drive improvements in efficiency and service.

· Ensure compliance with all the respective regulations and safety standards.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, Logical thinking and problem solving skills, Analytical skills, and Team management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 Years’ experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership abilities.
