Help senior graphic designer in designing and planning of concepts and Brainstorming idea. The Graphic Designer is responsible for a wide variety of designs on websites, social media, and other digital platforms. The employee holding this position should be experienced in delivering creative ideas and following through with content creation and distribution. The Graphic Designer will showcase Company by creating designs aligned with Company’s branding and voice. Requirements include: • Three years of experience in graphic design • Associate’s degree in graphic design or similar field • Ability to adhere to Company’s branding guidelines • Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles • Proficiency with Adobe’s suite of products including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator • Effective communication and time management skills • The candidate should know the software After Effects." • The candidate is expected to know about content creation. • "It is important for them to be able to manage the team."also Responsibilities include: • Studying design briefs and planning and illustrating concepts for publication • Understanding and abiding by Company’s branding guidelines • Researching and understanding the Company’s audience and market base • Scheduling projects • Working within budget • Communicating effectively within Sales Department. • Taking feedback and making necessary adjustments to design work • Developing illustrations, logos, and other visual designs • Working with a copywriting team to produce final designs • Ensuring final designs are always visually appealing and on brand
