Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure productivity and motivation.
Assist in setting individual sales targets and monitoring team performance.
Conduct sales training sessions and provide coaching to team members.
Identify new business opportunities and participate in client acquisition activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and following up on feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [your industry, e.g., retail, FMCG, real estate, SaaS].
Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
Experience with team leadership and sales training.

Meeting sales quota, Guiding sales team, Monitor performance, Assist sales manager, Delegating work, Communicating with customers, Building sales strategies and Ensuring sales growth.
