Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and channel partners.
• Drive secondary sales through efficient retail management.
• Monitor and improve performance at distributor and retailer levels.
• Track KPIs regularly and ensure sales goals are met.
• Maintain regular communication with channel partners and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:
• Graduation/BBA/MBA
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Telecom or Handset industry (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of channel/distributor-based sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
