Experience Required: 2-5 years in FMCG sales

Salary: ₹2 LPA to ₹4LPA (inclusive of TA, DA, and other perks)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Field Sales Execution:
  • Achieve sales targets through direct field visits and effective territory management.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  1. Shop-to-Shop Visits:
  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers to boost sales and address concerns.
  1. Distributor Network Development:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors in assigned territories.
  • Build a robust supply chain and ensure seamless product distribution.
  1. Business Growth Strategies:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotions and schemes to attract customers.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with sales officers and guide them to meet company objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
  1. Market Feedback:
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and strategies.
