Accountant Responsibilities:

Knowledge about Export and Import.
Maintaining Computerized Books of Accounts and entering various accounting transactions in Tally.
Experienced with financial transactions and preparing financial reports.
Preparation of Cash, Bank and Journal Vouchers, Accounting of the Vouchers in Tally,
Monthly GST returns, Sales tax, Professional tax.
Making Purchase entries and Sales entries
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Preparation and presentation of financial statements
Preparation of Sales Tax (finalizing, paying, returns submitting and Assessment Completion)
Preparation of Professional tax Returns (finalizing, paying, returns submitting and Assessment Completion)
Preparation of Form 16 and Form 16A
Verification of payments to vendors with Purchase Order, Goods received note and Invoice.
Preparation of Commercial Invoice, E-bill, Export documentation.
Bank Remittance.
Forex
Mange the FIRC

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

· More education or experience may be preferred.

· Special licenses or certification may be required.

· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

· Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.

· Ethical behavior.

· Should Know Zoho Sheet

· Attention to detail.
