We are looking for an ambitious and self motivated Account Manager to synergize our routine processes.
Key Responsibility Areas:
· Identify potential Students Service Partners in the assigned region and plan and execute strategies to Promote iApply brand.
· Followup on the Key Account Leads provided by the Central Team and take necessary action to bring them onboard.
· Negotiate terms of engagement and onboard the new accounts.
· Provide training to their staff, and keep the Accounts engaged with iApply through regular communication
· Train the Partners to improve the quality and volume of overseas education applicants.
· Responsible for the Account Satisfaction and Retention.
· Hold regular 1-1 meetings with Partners to understand any challenge being face by the Partner and provide instant support.
· Regularly follow up with the partners for New Enrolments/Applications.
· Track the progress of applications of all partners and coordinate with the central team for timely processing of all applications.
· Maintain the MIS and share regular reports to the leadership.
· Ensure maximum service quality to all the Partners.
· Provide support and inputs to the leadership;
· Conduct presentations in the assigned territory to further promote iApply
Skills Required:
· 2-8 years of relevant study visa experience in USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Europe in B2B segment.
· Excellent Communication Skills.
· Self-motivated professional with pleasing personality and good presentation skills.
· Proficient with MS Excel.
· Go-getter attitude with excellent inter-personal skills.
· Solution oriented mind-set with positive outlook towards work.
· Should be a team player.
