Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated l IT Support professional to assist in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. This role involves supporting servers, networks, end-user devices, and security systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN networks, cable laying, and switching.

  • Install, configure, and provide support for telephones and communication systems.

  • Format servers, perform configurations, and manage file servers or NAS storage .

  • Printer installation and configuration 

  • Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV and NVR systems.

  • Conduct internet connectivity checks, basic firewall management, and Thin Client setup.

  • Manage backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.

  • Troubleshoot network and IT infrastructure issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Support end-users and provide guidance for IT-related problems.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and users.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation with any networking course (CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred).

  • At least 3 years of relevant IT support experience.

  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, servers, firewalls, Thin Client, CCTV/NVR, and file servers.

  • Familiarity with backup processes and network troubleshooting.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Advantage:

  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure in a multi-user environment.
