Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, Microsoft Azure technologies, Dynamics 365, and Customer Insights. Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills. 4. Dynamic 365 and Customer Insights: Leverage Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights to enhance CRM solutions and provide deeper customer understanding. Implement strategies to extract actionable insights from customer data to drive marketing and sales efforts. Knowledge about data unification. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support. Collaborate with CRM specialists to integrate data solutions effectively. 6. Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze data and provide meaningful interpretations. Assist in the development of predictive models to support decision-making. 7. Data Integration: Collaborate on the integration of data from various sources into Dynamics 365, ensuring a unified and accurate view of customer information. 8. Data Analysis and Visualization: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and implement data visualization dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
