Role & responsibilities
1. Carry out the inspection of In-Process and finished product including pre-dispatch inspection. 2. Final Customer inspection of Transformers as per MQP (Manufacturing Quality Plan) & customer approved documents.
3. Maintaining Quality Documents, Records, PDI, Checklists Deviation Request, etc.
4. Comply with ISO/QMS requirements.
5. Identifying non-conformance & Conducting Proto-Evaluation
6. Conducting Functional tests, Physical Inspection, and Dispatch Inspections related to concerned area.
7. Preparation of the companies QA manual, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
8. Ability to deal and interact well with executive levels (CEO/VP/Directors) for technical discussion.
9. Responsible for achieving customer inspection & handling third party inspection for domestic and overseas customers.
10. Control of non-confirming product at in process and investigate in-process NCs observed during the production & ensure corrective & preventive actions over the issues by concerned department/person.
11. Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems
