Position Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate the Voylla brand, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue. This is a strategic and operational role requiring deep expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning Develop and implement a data-driven, multi-channel digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
2. Campaign Management Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and impactful content for digital channels, including social media posts, videos, email newsletters, and blogs. Design and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic rankings and drive paid traffic.
3. Analytics and Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to refine marketing strategies. Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
4. Customer Engagement Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging. Drive customer engagement through innovative and interactive campaigns. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital channels to enhance the customer experience.
5. Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with business goals. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Education Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, B. Tech or a related field.
2. Experience 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
3.Proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns that result in measurable business growth.
4.Technical Skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
5.Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social media management platforms. 6.Familiarity with email marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and ecommerce platforms.
7. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9.Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
10.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
