Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of 8-10 Loan Officers and provide guidance, support and coaching to ensure they meet their targets • Monitor team performance and ensure that all sales targets and quality standards are achieved • Ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, and that customer service levels are maintained at all times • Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness • Manage customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, regulators, and other internal departments • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management • Develop and maintain a positive and motivated team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field • Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performance team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team • Sound knowledge of lending products, processes, and regulations • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
