Primary Responsibilities:- • To execute all kind of maintenances (schedule, preventive breakdown) in Toyota/ BT make MHE. • The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site. • Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time. • Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base • Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer • Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base Secondary Responsibilities:- • Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical • Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
