Job description As a Marketing and Sales executive in our coaching institute, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and success of the institute by identifying and converting potential students into enrolled students. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, social media, referrals, field and outreach programs. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential student segments and their needs. Analyze competition and market trends to create effective marketing strategies. Maintain a database of potential students and follow up with them regularly. Sales and Enrollment: Arrange meetings, Home & Inside consultations and deal breaking with prospective students and their parents. Explain the institute's courses, benefits, and unique selling points. Assist students in the enrollment process, including documentation and fee collection. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and educational consultants. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience. Use data analysis to optimize strategies for improved results. Achieving Targets: Work towards and achieve enrollment targets set by the institute. Monitor progress and take corrective actions when necessary. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on course offerings, curriculum changes, and industry developments. Be prepared to answer questions and provide detailed information about the coaching programs. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including counselors, educators, and marketing professionals, to ensure a seamless enrollment process. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance business development strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Prior experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of the education industry and competitive landscape. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
