Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling instrumentation and automation products by visiting industrial sites, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting marketing efforts. This role involves extensive travel and hands-on engagement with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit industrial sites across regions regularly (up to a month at a time) for lead generation, client meetings, and sales follow-ups
• Promote and sell our range of instrumentation and automation products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards boosting sales in the assigned domain
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and post-sales support
• Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, demos, and campaigns
• Prepare and share regular reports on client visits, inquiries, and sales pipeline
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project/client locations as needed
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
• Experience in B2B technical sales (preferred but not mandatory)
