Job Description

Position: Senior Pharmacist

Education: D. Pharm / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Location: Kota, Rajasthan


Responsibilities:

  • Sell prescribed medicines and OTC/FMCG products, advising on safe usage.
  • Stay up to date with the latest drug laws / rules & regulations.
  • Educate patients on cost-effective alternatives and savings.
  • Procure stock from local distributors at the best margins.
  • Manage inventory, including handling returns for expired, damaged, or spilled items.
  • Plan work schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operations and manage fluctuating workloads.
  • Ensure patients receive affordable medicines promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints, manage feedback, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on daily operations.
  • Ensuring Safe & Clean work environment.


Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of dosages, medicine compositions, and brands.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Pharmacy Data Management Systems, and web research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Experience in revenue management, people management, and growth management.
  • Passion for customer experience and commitment to excellent service.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
