Junior Medical Sales Representative
We’re hiring a Junior Medical Sales Representative in Jaipur! If you have experience in OTC
sales and are passionate about making an impact in the pharmaceutical industry, this is the
opportunity for you.
Job Details
? Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
? Position: Junior Medical Sales Representative
? Salary: ₹20,000 per month + ₹5,000 Travel Allowance (For Jaipur, other cities in
Rajasthan will be reimbursed)
?️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
? Experience Required: 1+ year in OTC Sales
What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication skills
Connections with doctors, medical stores, and other healthcare professionals in Rajasthan
for lead generation
Ability to work independently
A proven track record with verified documents (BGV required)
Perks & Targets:
Probation: 3 months
Monthly Target: ₹80,000 during probation
Incentives: Earn 2-4% of profits for exceeding targets!
Target Achievement: Full salary paid for 80% target achievement, lesser performance
affects travel allowance and salary.
Note: Failure to achieve targets for two consecutive months during probation may lead to
termination.
