Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by identifying, developing, and managing customer relationships. This position involves meeting clients on-site, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
  2. Identify and target potential customers through market research and networking.
  3. Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations
  5. Deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  6. Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
  7. Client Relationship Management
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  9. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  10. Achievement of Sales Targets
  11. Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
  12. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  13. Market and Competitor Analysis
  14. Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
  15. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.
  16. Reporting and Documentation
  17. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.
  18. Prepare periodic sales reports for review by management.
