Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: - Identify and target businesses in the designated territory to understand their recruitment needs. - Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and other lead generation activities. Product Presentation: - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our recruitment solution. - Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each potential client. Relationship Building: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within all segments of businesses. - Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique requirements of each client and proposing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy. Market Intelligence: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands. Sales Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. - Generate regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Experience: - Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the B2B software or technology industry. - Experience selling to small businesses is a strong advantage. - Freshers can also apply. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Self-Motivated: - Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities. Technical Aptitude: - Comfortable understanding and presenting software solutions. - Ability to quickly grasp the features and functionality of our recruitment product. Team Player: - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Monthly Target: - Excel in field sales by surpassing monthly targets through a dedicated commitment to company criteria, proactive goal setting, and strategic planning aligned with company benchmarks.
