Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Representative at Rathi Group in Kota. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling business-to-business sales, nurturing client relationships, and driving the growth of our client base. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to understand client needs, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely for some part of the work. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to join our team. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or have a prior knowledge in welding electrodes Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Ability to work well in a team and independently Strong problem-solving and analytical skills B.tech or a related field Willingness to travel, as required
