As a Zonal Head for Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales and marketing activities in your designated zone. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and enhance the brand presence of Sagar Group of Companies. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives to penetrate the market effectively. 2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams within your zone to achieve targets and foster a culture of high performance and collaboration. 3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the industry. Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. New Business Development: Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients, partnerships, and projects. 6. Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to create awareness and drive demand for our products. 7. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. 8. Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales and marketing teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. 9. Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget for your zone effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
