Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Tele caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and qualify leads for Admission, focusing on identifying potential Parents and engaging them to understand needs. This role involves a mix of tele calling, research, and initial Parent interactions to help fill our sales pipeline with valuable leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential Parents and convert them as our leads
- Research and gather information about prospective Schools and their Education, activities, school programs and fees.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads and track communications.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential Parents.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus point.
- Ability to research and identify potential leads.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
