Evaluate applicants’ skills, qualifications, and experience to identify the most suitable candidates for interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, cultural fit, and basic qualifications.
Conducting First-Level Interviews:
Conduct first-level interviews to assess the candidate's suitability for the role, including evaluating their communication skills, motivation, and understanding of the job position.
Take detailed notes during interviews to aid in decision-making.
Provide feedback to the hiring manager after initial interviews.
Coordinating Interview Schedules:
Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with the respective hiring managers or teams.
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding interview logistics and expectations.
Building a Talent Pool:

Keep track of candidate interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Candidate Relationship Management:

Recruitment Reporting:
Assist with preparing recruitment reports, tracking the status of candidates, and managing data on recruitment activities.
Support the team in analyzing recruitment trends and improving sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, energetic approach to sourcing and recruiting candidates.
Comfortable conducting phone interviews and interacting with candidates.
