Job Description

A telecaller's job is to represent a company by making phone calls to customers, either existing or potential, to generate sales or leads. Telecallers are responsible for: 

  • Promoting products or services: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, and explaining their features, benefits, and pricing 
  • Handling customer inquiries: Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or complaints 
  • Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the database 
  • Providing customer support: Helping and supporting customers through telecalling 
  • Finding new customers: Branching out to find potential customers through telecalling 
  • Collecting data: Engaging with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's products or services 
  • Transferring customers: Transferring customers to the appropriate department for further act
