Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for clients across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, text, video, etc.) tailored to each client’s brand voice and target audience. Work with the design and content teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
Content Calendar Management: Plan, create, and maintain content calendars for clients, ensuring timely posts and consistent messaging across all platforms. Monitor trends and align content to capitalize on timely opportunities.
Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive, interactive community on social media channels. Monitor online sentiment and brand mentions.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring optimal targeting, creative execution, and budget allocation to achieve campaign goals.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with content creators, designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure that social media initiatives align with broader marketing strategies and goals.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, insights, and results. Act as the main point of contact for social media inquiries and project management.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure that campaigns remain innovative, relevant, and effective.
Crisis Management: Monitor social media platforms for potential issues or crises and respond proactively to mitigate negative impact on the brand’s reputation.
