Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will assist in executing strategic campaigns, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships. Responsibilities: 1) Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. 2) Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 3) Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. 4) Follow up on leads and inquiries to qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings or product demonstrations. 5) Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to customer needs. 6) Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content. 7) Manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand awareness and engage with customers. 8) Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. 9) Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales and marketing activities to management. Qualifications: 1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2) 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. 3) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. 4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers. 5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 7) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business goals.
